Open to the 4 winds, day and night, the public can enter the campsite. The sanitary facilities can be used by anyone walking around, as access to the site is unsecured. Passers-by' dogs can wander around the campsite and relieve themselves, as there are no fences. Some pitches are less than 5 meters... from the river, and without protection a child can drown in a few seconds of inattention. Rats are present in profusion. At the height of the season, the garbage cans are overflowing.
