The place is getting worse and worse. We had a site near the dog beach again. An absolute no-go—dog owners were using the grassy strip in front of our site as a dog toilet. Once, we even found a “gift” of dog poop in the morning that hadn’t been cleaned up. Just the smell... of dog urine lingering throughout the day was unbearable in the heat. We took our dogs to the open strip behind the harbor by the water—there’s no beach and no campsites there—but people are just too lazy. And then there are the scooters. Teenagers race down the sidewalk without a care in the world, sometimes at such high speeds—it’s absolutely unbelievable. A child was hit right in front of us and fell; the person responsible took off. Then the area turns into a party zone until the early morning hours. All the spots are taken over in turn by partygoers with portable speakers until the security guards—if they’re even there—chase them off to the next spot. We’ve brought this up several times at the front desk, but it’s just brushed off with a shrug. Ridiculously high, just like the drinks at the pool/beach bar. 28 euros for half an hour of playtime for two kids. Such a shame. The sanitary facilities are very clean and the staff are very friendly. There is a lot on offer for children. We were in a mobile home, where there are a lot of playgrounds for children. It was perfect for us. We will be leaving early because I will be spending at least one day cleaning our roof tent and annexe tent, which is totally full of resin and the pigeons and seagulls have done the rest, and the restlessness... on the site has not allowed me to relax either, loud games station, very loud music. This site is absolutely not worth the money. I have been to many campsites, but I have never experienced anything like this. The cleaning ladies are actually just cleaning the washrooms, but unfortunately it's not clean in the end.
