Great restroom facilities, friendly staff

We would have liked to have a pizza from the restaurant delivered to our table, but unfortunately that wasn't possible.

- First of all, the amazing staff............ - Easy and quick to reach. - Great facilities—basically everything you need for a wonderful vacation: hiking, biking, swimming, and skiing in the winter. - Good places to get supplies - Good bus connections, especially if you have a RV.

-We haven't noticed any downsides yet; the only thing we didn't like is that we weren't able to look at a vacation home. But we've already booked, after all...........

Great location for hiking, biking, or other activities. A fantastic view of the mountains. Very nice restroom facilities—everything is clean. A great restaurant.

The location of this small campground is beautiful. There are supermarkets nearby, as well as a bus stop where you can catch the free local bus. The restrooms are great! The staff is very friendly! The chemical toilet has an automatic flushing system.

Not much lighting in the evening; a smoking bench right by the restroom exit; the washer/dryer doesn't refund money if you make the wrong selection.

A really beautiful and peaceful resort. Great location—it's very easy to get around. The restrooms were great, too.

The campground is very clean and well-maintained. The location is ideal—right next to beautiful hiking trails and yet not far from downtown. We especially loved the sauna and the private bathroom, which is really a big plus. The restaurant was an absolute highlight for us: great food, excellent service, and an overall really pleasant atmosphere. We felt completely at home and would definitely recommend this place.

Some guests arrived before 2:00 p.m. and even began setting up. As a result, it was quite noisy on several days even while we were having breakfast. It would be nice if arrival times were adhered to more consistently.

The grounds are very well-maintained, and everyone is super friendly! The restrooms are always clean! Above all, the friendly attitude and willingness to help are absolutely great. Finally, the wellness area deserves a special mention!!

Friendliness, Cleanliness, Location

Everything was great. But we thought the price was a little high. Even though everything was nice, I think €60 per night (including electricity and tourist tax) is a bit steep for a RV and two people. But we knew that going in, and it’s standard for the area.

It would be great if you could take a pizza from the restaurant to your table or get some fries on the side... That's definitely a downside.

The campground is small and easy to navigate. The restroom facilities are very good and clean. The option to eat at the restaurant or book the sauna was great for us, since we unfortunately had a lot of rain. It’s in a great location near the town of Söll.

Our spot was pretty close to the entrance. While it was very convenient to the restrooms, for example, it was also very noisy, since we could hear every camper and delivery person coming and going. We also missed having a small store; there was only a bread delivery service.

There was no direct access to the playground from the campground.

Very small plots; four people have to share a water connection; the rented private bathroom doesn't have a private toilet—just a shower and sink. Dogs aren't allowed in the restaurant, and there's no dog shower or anything like that.

The grass on the campsite was way too long. The quiet hours weren't enforced, and no one checked to make sure they were being followed! Kids kept taking a shortcut across the tennis court; we had to step in ourselves to get them to stop.

Faulty Court Lighting

Modern laundry facility, idyllic location, bread roll delivery service, delicious restaurant serving breakfast, small playground and mini-golf course, just a short walk to the heart of Söll

The children’s playground could use a little more shade (e.g., with a sunshade). It would be a wonderful addition to have a place for the children to cool off in the afternoon, since the swimming pond isn’t accessible to children due to its location in the sauna garden (naturist area). The shower stalls are very spacious but can get quite warm and stuffy in some cases because there’s no air gap; this is certainly more pleasant in the winter, but better ventilation would definitely be welcome there as well. Check-out before 7 a.m. isn’t possible because the electricity meter still needs to be read. It would be great if there were a way to unplug and, if necessary, pay for electricity via a “coin-operated machine” for one night, so that guests could leave even earlier—especially during the summer months—and avoid heavy traffic.
