Vele nationaliteiten op deze camping, redelijk ruime plaatsen die je zelf mag uitkiezen.Sanitair schoon en warm water voldoende.Was ruimte voor klefing, andere ruimte voor de vaat, buiten wasmachines.Binnen diepvries en gaspitten voor ieders gebruik.Met Ov of fiets ben je snel in het centrum van Wenen.Mooie fietspaden langs alle zijden van de Donau.

De trein kwam af en toe langs maar geenhele erge geluidsoverlast.Snelweg hoor je in de verte een klein beetje maar wij hadden daar geen last van.
Fijne rustige camping dichtbij de Donau en centum Wenen
Einde augustus nog veel vrije plaatsen, ook met schaduw. Ik durf het iedereen aan te raden om hier heen te gaan, een echte stadscamping met schoon sanitair en gemakkelijk om in het centum van Wenen te geraken

You can hear the city highway, but it didn't really bother me in the tent—you get used to it.
Good campground
The campground is ideally located, as it’s very close to the city yet still surrounded by nature. The Danube Bike Path runs right across from the campground. You can also get into the city quickly by bike—it’s naturally busy with traffic, like all big cities, but there are bike paths and options for... cyclists everywhere.
The staff, friendliness, facilities, and cleanliness were all excellent! I can definitely recommend this campground and will definitely come back.

The venue, the facilities, and the staff are great.

Zeltwiese is noisy due to street traffic. Please invest in a deposit return machine, now that Austria has also introduced a deposit system. It would be helpful and give guests an easy way to save a few euros.

The location is perfect in the summer, right by the Old and New Danube; the restrooms are fine; the sites are nice and spacious and always have a bit of shade. The fact that ACSII is valid during peak season is also a huge plus!!

Some of the campsites are very large; overall, the campground is well-maintained and clean. The staff are constantly hard at work—they’re friendly and do their best to keep the somewhat older restroom facilities as appealing as possible. I find it a drawback that there’s no pricing based on the number... of people, since I always feel like I’m paying for someone who isn’t even there. It doesn’t matter for a 2-night stay, but for longer stays, you end up looking for alternatives.

Friendly staff. The laundry and restroom facilities are clean and there are enough of them available during peak hours.

The site is located on a hill overlooking a very busy road. The noise rumbles up all night long. It’s bearable with the RV windows closed. Sleeping in a tent is unbearable. Even with earplugs, you can still hear the noise.
Excessive car noise
If you're traveling in a motorhome or trailer and sleeping inside the vehicle, then the campsite is fine. Sleeping in a tent, however, is out of the question because of the traffic noise.

A large, clean campground with quick access to the city center via the subway.

While there are a few small shaded spots under the trees, anyone who needs more will have a hard time finding one.
A lovely campground on the outskirts of Vienna
I chose this campground because it looked very clean—and it was. The quick subway connection to the city center also won me over, as did the value for the price. I liked the organization and structure, from the booking process all the way through checkout.

Sometimes the bread runs out quite soon in the morning. You can hear the road and the train, but we didn't think that was a big problem.
Nice and clean camping at great location
Rhe campsite is well-kept and clean. The location is great. When you cross the street opposite the camping (where the gasstation is), you can cycle along the Donau. There you find beaches and bars within a couple of kilometers. You can also cross the pedestrian/cycle bridge to go to Donau island or cycle further into Vienna. It is about 25 minutes cycling from the camping to the middle of city centre. We loved it here!

Ideal as a stopover or for a visit to Vienna
A clean site despite the constant turnover. Lots of people just passing through. The sites are generously sized.

The selection at the small RV store could be a bit larger.

The atmosphere is like that of a rest stop; the restrooms are often dirty and outdated. Very noisy and cramped sites. The price is very high.
City Trips
We were there with our camper to visit Vienna. There’s a tram stop and a dog park nearby, which we really liked.
Other than that, the campground has few positive aspects. It’s dirty, the sites are cramped, there’s no quiet at night—so it’s very noisy—and it’s not really a pleasant place to relax and stay.

Practical
The bathrooms and showers are very clean; you can have breakfast there, and they serve pizza in the evening.
You can hear the highway and the train, but being close to the subway was more important to us.

I am a dog owner myself; unfortunately some of the "legacies" were not removed The noise of the highway in unfavorable winds (did not bother me after the first night:)

Can't say anything about the services on offer as I didn't make use of them.
The atmosphere and tone were absolutely friendly and pleasant, you felt welcome.
The cleanliness and hygiene were surprising - as they are rare - and noticeable at all times.
However, every dog owner should pay attention to... what their pet leaves behind.
I quickly got used to the highway noise that was clearly noticeable on the first evening.
In terms of accessibility, it was ok for "pedestrians" on the way there, as the bus to the subway is easy to reach; on the way back it was more complicated to take the bus to the campsite...this was easier at Hüttelberg. Nevertheless, I would come here again next time.
