A very nice place to relax
This was our third year at the campground (my daughter and I), and we had a wonderful three weeks. Once again, we were completely satisfied. The location, the cleanliness, and the facilities on the grounds leave nothing to be desired. And most importantly—the entire campground staff. Whether at the front... desk, the housekeeping staff, in the supermarket, or the service technicians—everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. I reported a clogged drain at the water tap via the campground app. It took less than 15 minutes for the service technicians to arrive on site and fix everything as quickly as possible. And that during peak season—kudos and five stars. For excursions in the region, we once again rented a scooter on-site from Nova-Loc. That went very smoothly and hassle-free as well. And another very important point: We once again had very friendly neighbors from Marseille and Rennes. We wish the team at Camp du Domaine a wonderful rest of the season, and we’ll see you next year.

Very friendly welcome at reception, we even had the option of another pitch. The campsite has everything you need. In our opinion, more than enough. We had a pitch in the plane tree grove and the pitches were very spacious.

The only thing we see as a disadvantage is the narrow access roads on the site. If you have a larger vehicle, you'll have a bit of cranking to do. But if you know your vehicle, that shouldn't be a problem :)

A great place and if we end up in the south again, I will book here again :)

Poor reception at reception, no good advice. Sea view pitch booked online was in the pine forest, no courtesy. We won't be back and can't recommend this place for travelers who enjoy camping.

totally overcrowded therefore always restless; the beach is not designed for the crowds (relatively small) - virtually full from morning to evening (towel to towel); pitch right by the sea totally restless

the location is beautiful, pitches are nicely laid out; I recommend a pitch on the side facing away from the sea (more shade in midsummer and somewhat quieter); access to the sea even in an "unfavorable" location in max. 10 minutes (on foot); I feel sorry for those who have booked a pitch directly by... the sea, people more or less walk across the pitch on the way to the beach - absolutely no peace and quiet from sunrise to sunset.

Good connection to La Faviere and La Lavandou; many shopping facilities, but also shopping facilities on the site (bakery in the small supermarket, bazaar, etc.).

Full animation possible and many sports activities (for children and adults); we only went to the tennis bar in the evening, which is quite nice; however, the prices (both food and drink) are not family-friendly;

Sanitary facilities could be brought up to scratch or upgraded; some of the buildings have already been renovated, but some of them are a bit outdated; although they are cleaned several times a day, the cleaning crews cannot keep up with the large number of people, so unfortunately the sanitary facilities are often dirty again shortly after cleaning.

Since this year, access to the water has been severely restricted as rocks are appearing everywhere. You have to be careful not to injure yourself. This campsite had direct access to the water as a unique selling point. Without this access, this site is like many others. Worth at least 1 star less.

Very nice location
Very large site with a great location right on the sandy beach.
The beach is very nice and was always clean.
Multilingual reception.
No Euro plugs. You need an adapter with a French plug. Plug.
If you don't have one, you can buy one for 16 EUR.
Some of the pitches near the sea are very large, which is... why there are so many huge motorhomes on the pitch. It can happen that you have a white wall in front of you.
The sanitary facilities are old and basic, but were always clean. One sanitary block was closed.
Several restaurants and a supermarket on the site.
The places under the plane trees are very nice. However, it is then a longer walk to the beach.
We couldn't understand why the campsite has a 5* rating. The only thing worthy of a 5* is the price.

A dream vacation
We have just returned from our first vacation in France in the fall. The site was absolutely great for us. We were concerned about the sanitary facilities as we had read some bad reviews about them. We can only report for ourselves that the sanitary facilities are not the most modern, but they are absolutely... clean. They were cleaned several times a day. Unfortunately, there are always campers who don't follow the normal rules, such as washing up or throwing paper in the toilet or waste bin (which is unfortunately outside the door).
The pitch was great, we had a great view and a large pitch. The camp is very spacious and large and offers many different types of pitches. The little train no longer runs in the fall. There is a restaurant and a small supermarket where you can get almost everything. There is also a pizza delivery service. The site has something to offer for all age groups. There is also beach access with a beautiful sandy beach and crystal-clear water.
We will definitely be back again.

Beautiful vacation spot with private beach access
Always a beautiful vacation spot. Not cheap, but it offers a lot in return. Direct access to the sea. A funicular runs on the site to make it easier for those who are further away to get to the beach. Tennis courts, soccer pitch, playground and even an extra dog area with exercise equipment.
The sanitary facilities are also very good, perhaps a little small, but we didn't have long waiting times.
So all in all a nice place

The site is right on the water in the middle of nature. The site is beautifully laid out and very clean. The garbage is disposed of every day and the staff also walk the site and collect the garbage from the bushes. Daily activities are offered for young and old, such as tours to neighboring towns (free of charge), table tennis tournaments, yoga, bingo, etc. There is a supermarket right on the campsite that offers everything you need for everyday life. The prices are ok to good.

The site is large, very large and spacious, so everyone will find their own pitch here, whether shady and quiet, in the sun directly by the sea or on a slope with a view of the sea. Waste water on site. There is a wide range of leisure and catering facilities. The location on the Côte d'Azur is wonderful.... Now to the worse points. No toilet paper in the toilet cubicles themselves, take enough from the dispenser in the corridor. Furthermore, the pitch was full of branches and leaves on arrival, the pitch could have been cleaned before arrival (I expect 5 stars). The speed of 10 km/h on the pitch is also not adhered to by suppliers and staff, in some places you think you are standing in the city on the street. The place is good, but unfortunately does not exploit its full potential, which it could be with small changes.

The campsite is in a great location and has a lot to offer. The terrace pitches, which were particularly nice this year, are amazing. Everything is clean and functional. Worth the stars and can be recommended with a clear conscience.

We liked it
Large campsite in a beautiful location by the sea with a lovely long beach (including a very child-friendly area) and clear water. The site is divided by a long hill into an area close to the beach and an area "away from the beach". The hill itself is mainly occupied by nicely laid out rental properties.... In the area close to the beach, it was difficult to get a pitch without a reservation, even in the low season. It took us 10 minutes to walk from our pitch (at wash house 8), which was still ok. The pitch sizes vary greatly, ours was probably 140 square meters. There is a suitable pitch for every taste, neatly rectangular and flat or semi-naturally adapted to the terrain in the pine forest, with or without hedges to the neighbors. The site is fully equipped with everything, but fortunately without entertainment (at least in the low season). The sanitary facilities and electricity distributors are a little far apart. Otherwise, the sanitary facilities are of a good French standard. Cleaning is done regularly, but with a lot of water and little love. The supermarket has everything you need. The restaurant is ok, but there are better places outside. We would definitely go again.

We had planned 2 weeks of vacation on the campsite during the summer vacations and spontaneously shortened it to 1 week. The location of the campsite by the sea and the campsite's own beach are wonderful. We found real relaxation there. The infrastructure on the site is also impressive (supermarket,... store, restaurant) - unfortunately the sanitary facilities are unacceptable from our point of view (no toilet seats, probably resulting in very heavy soiling despite regular but only superficial cleaning by the staff, toilet paper available at the entrance and therefore still OK). Important at check-in: payment for the pitch for the entire booking period in advance, i.e. no refund in the event of problems (e.g. sanitary facilities). All in all, it's a shame that a campsite in such a beautiful location suffers so much because of the sanitary facilities. We bought a toilet seat for the duration of our stay, as going to the toilet would otherwise have been unacceptable in terms of hygiene, especially for the children. If you can put up with this or tolerate it better than we did, you will certainly be happy with the campsite for longer than a week.

A great vacation on the Côte d'Azur
Review pending A great campsite for the whole family. We stayed there for almost three weeks in July and can't understand the negative reviews. The only negative point for us is the very high price. The pitches in the privilege area are huge and you stand under shady plane trees. All pitches with less... shade are equipped with canopies. The site is huge and each area has its own charm, so there should be something for every type of camper. Anyone who often travels in southern Europe knows that this type of wash house is standard and in our case the wash house was clean, large enough and could be used without waiting. There is a separate bathroom for the little ones. The sports facilities are varied and very well maintained. The same applies to the playgrounds. We hardly used the entertainment program, but there was plenty on offer. The supermarket is stocked with the essentials and is reasonably priced. Larger supermarkets are easily accessible by bike. There are several places to eat on site. La Faviere can be reached on foot in 5 minutes, Le Lavandou in 30 minutes - faster by bike, of course. The footpaths on the campsite are well separated from the road so that the children can move around on their own. Our special praise goes to the reception staff. We have rarely received such friendly and helpful information and assistance. It is particularly pleasant that they also speak German. Tip: let them know when you book if you are traveling with a motorhome with an Alkove. Not all pitches are accessible in terms of height. The beach is very crowded on some days, but if you walk a few steps, it is also less busy. The front end of the beach is ideal for families with small children, as the water there is shallow and the bottom is sandy. The older ones have fun further to the right. We will definitely be back!

For me a 5-star place only because of the location, otherwise a maximum of 3 stars
The huge pitch scores with its location and the friendliness of the staff, the rest is only worth a maximum of 3 stars for me. We were lucky enough to have supply and waste water as well as electricity directly on the pitch, very many so-called comfort pitches (some with a surcharge for proximity to... the beach) had these connections 15 to 25 meters away. I liked the mat roofs as sun protection, saves work. The store was very well stocked, the baguettes and croissants were delicious. We only drank wine in the restaurant and were satisfied. I missed the opportunity to sit on the beach in the evening and enjoy wine; the site should give up some pitches in the front row for this business, it would pay off. The sanitary facilities were cleaned regularly, but even at 38° - 40° the floor should not be a centimeter high under water afterwards. You have to get used to the garbage truck at 08:00 or earlier, but in the end it is us campers who cause the garbage. Those who are not good on foot will unfortunately have big problems with the hilly terrain.

The best place on the Côte d'Azur!
In the low season (fall vacations) with top price/performance ratio. The layout of the pitches is unique and makes you forget the actual size of the site. The sanitary facilities are varied and of a good standard. However, the quality of these could be improved for a 5-star site. There are much higher quality examples on other 5-star sites.

Some of the pitches were very nice, but I just missed...the attention to detail...the outdoor facilities are very unkempt, in 2 weeks I saw the streets being cleaned once. Especially the sanitary facilities outside were never cleaned in the 2 weeks. But I would like to praise the reception and its staff.
