A beautiful, quiet, and well-maintained place
The campground is slightly terraced with scattered trees; some shaded spots are available.
There is a basketball court, common rooms, and an adjacent youth hostel. The campground is operated by the city (municipal). The grounds are very well maintained. The restroom facilities are in good condition and very well maintained.
The ladies at the front desk are very friendly and helpful.

Camping has slowed down considerably
We have known the campsite since 1987.
In the meantime, it has aged badly and is no longer in good condition.
The pitches are sanded ("nice" in rainy weather) and not very clean (broken glass, bottle caps, etc.) The sanitary facilities are OK.
The gate is locked from 9.30 pm and the campsite can only... be reached on foot, but there are parking spaces opposite the entrance in front of the swimming pool.
No functioning WLAN.
Very reasonably priced: € 17.94
