With this card you can use local public transport in the whole area (Freiburg, Black Forest). The campsite has great facilities with a restaurant and a small store. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed directly by the warm welcome and the enthusiastic entertainment team. De kinderanimatie was super: elke dag leuke activiteiten met begeleiding die zichtbaar plezier heeft in... wat ze doet.
De ligging is ideal: midden in het prachtige Zwarte Woud, maar toch op wandelafstand van het gezellige centrum van Kirchzarten. Wat het extra handig maakt: je krijgt bij aankomst kaartjes voor het openbaar vervoer, die je de hele vakantie mag gebruiken - ideal om zonder gedoe uitstapjes te maken naar o.a. Freiburg of de omliggende natuur.
Ook het zwembad naast de camping is een enorme meerwaarde. With the pass you get at the check-in you have free access during your stay. Het zwembad is groot, schoon en perfect voor zowel zowel kinderen als volwassenen om even af te koelen or te ontspannen.
For us this is absolutely the best camping we have ever been to. Everything is perfect - from the cleanliness to the facilities. Possibly a hand shower in the children's shower would make it easier to shower the children.

The outdoor pool is included, but it's a real shame that the odors in the shower are enormous and, above all, all showers are only cold or can only be heated by paying.
The pitch is large enough (if rented) but the access roads are not designed for today's times without a mover you actually have no chance of getting to the rear pitches if the pitches in front are occupied on the way there.
The sanitary facilities are not really modern, here too I expect something more for 5 stars. It's okay and mostly clean but especially at peak times there was no toilet paper left in 3 out of 5 toilets, that has to be better.
Overall, the place is okay, but since we have already been to many places, this does not correspond to 5 stars for us. There are plenty of excursion destinations here in the Black Forest, whether cycling or the nearby Hexenwald Trail is fun for everyone.

The rental bathroom was great! The sanitary facilities were all great and well maintained! 5 star offer, but probably not always 5 star guests when using... it (a bit of a shame how some guests leave it). The place was tiptop maintained. ALL staff always attentive, cheerful and friendly! Delicious baked goods and nice shop on site! We had a comfort pitch at the end of the site. Super quiet, despite full place at the end of the week over Father's Day.

The stay was fantastic. Me and my four daughters with four grandchildren had booked two mobile homes. They are so beautifully furnished and equipped, there is really nothing missing! A great bathroom with towels, shampoo, hairdryer, toilet paper - everything is there! The kitchen equipment... is also of the finest quality, for morning bread service from the camping kiosk, simply delicious :-). The beds were so comfortable with great comforters and pillows, sometimes we thought we were in a hotel room.
The whole campsite is also so well looked after, the sanitary facilities are always clean! The only downside is the playground, which was about the same twenty years ago when our children were still small :-):-)
