The staff were friendly and helpful at all times, we were told that another guest had ear pain, how he was helped, including the telephone number of the emergency service etc.....
You immediately feel safe.
The campsite has its own boat mooring where you can board directly to go on a round trip.

The gardeners and craftsmen are hard at work in every corner, everyone greeted us nicely and a particularly nice gardener took our gas bottle, filled it up and then put us back in front of the mobile home. the restaurant is really great - our waitress from the Czech Republic really impressed us. the food is delicious, even the employees go there to eat.The cuisine is very tasty and varied, the adventure card is free and you can travel free of charge by bus, the Kärntencard offers a lot of free entry and is practical, the sanitary facilities are well maintained, the rental houses are partly with their own sauna and still affordable, our own large thrift store right on the square, we would love to come back.NegatiivsedWe didn't like the bread rolls from the Spar store - so-called air rolls - think there is a better offer in season.A little paradiseWell thought-out concept, laid out with love and care, a nice place for families and seniors, a new mountain bike course is currently being created for young people. Everything is just right here: a very friendly check-in, flexibility on arrival and departure, super pitches right on the lake, everything is generously laid out. The whole site is very well-kept and the division into west and east... means that the large site is very clearly laid out. The new, always clean sanitary building deserves special mention. She also immediately offered us a few other pitches than the one we had reserved, as it had rained a lot and we didn't want to stay on a grass pitch. Overall a very nice campsite, the location on the lake was great, the sanitary facilities are... top notch and very clean.
Also in the restaurant, which belongs to the campsite,
we ate there 2 times which was very good.
Overall, this campsite is highly recommended
and when the weather is nice, unfortunately we only had rain,
you can certainly enjoy it very much and also do a lot by bike or hiking.

Everything is just right here.After spending two days at the campsite at the beginning of September on our way south, we decided to spend a whole week there at the beginning of October. Unfortunately, we arrived there with extreme wheel bearing damage to the caravan. The help and compassion of the reception staff and the manager... of the campsite were simply fantastic. We were helped wherever possible. Also praise to Caravan Falle in Villach. They also did everything they could to get our caravan back on the road. I can recommend Caravan Falle to anyone who needs help. We will definitely plan another vacation at See Camping Berghof in the future.
