There is everything you could wish for. The sanitary facilities are spotlessly clean. The pool is a blessing after the hike. The restaurant serves delicious food (also to take away). All the staff are very friendly. All around a successful vacation.

The complex is very quiet and has a pool area, bar, restaurant and wellness area. Centrally located to the bus and train, with which you can easily travel to Merano or Bolzano.

The music at the beach bar was too close to the loungers, so not always to our taste and often too loud.

The exceptionally friendly and upbeat staff have motivated and competent role models in the owners. This is how entrepreneurship works.

Only the quiet time from 11 p.m. should be observed more, but this applies more to campers

Our pitch was very well chosen, good location at the end of the row of pitches, the whole ambience, the cleanliness of the pitch, the sanitary facilities, the restaurant and the pool, and the staff were always friendly. The location of the campsite is also ideal for excursions, the relatively short distance to the free bus transfer, which we often used. This was our 2nd stay at the Schlosshof and will certainly not be the last.

The only negative point was the frequent dog barking, which was quite annoying at times. Otherwise there was nothing to complain about.

All the staff want you to feel comfortable. The facilities at the pool and in the restaurant are great. All campsites with fresh and waste water.

As everywhere in South Tyrol, the pitches are densely packed.

Time passes far too quickly in the castle courtyard.

In addition to the absolutely top facilities that Camping Schlosshof offers, we liked the relaxed and easy-going attitude of the entire service team. We quickly felt like we were on vacation.

There was nothing we didn't like.

It was very nice with you again. Everything was very pleasant. The staff are always friendly. You feel completely at ease. The cleanliness of the site is also great. We would love to come back.

There's nothing not to like. It's just a shame that the pool isn't open for longer. That is the only small point of criticism.

- Central location - various towns and cities are easily accessible by public transport - great resort with various pools, incl. skypool, spa etc. - fun beach bar :-) - Evening restaurant recommendable (no, no 5 star cuisine but with dishes like la Nonna likes it)

As the owners are constantly optimizing the castle courtyard, the small disadvantages (emptying motorhomes right next to the pool, narrow entrance for the XXL motorhomes) will certainly disappear over the years. However, the guests are also responsible for keeping the site clean and tidy.

The reception was very pleasant, friendly and courteous. The pitch we were given was large enough, quiet and well located. The washrooms are well maintained and very nice. The restaurant serves excellent food. A good starting point for cycling tours and good public transport connections.

I don't like the Piscina Blue, in my opinion it looks like a blue block that doesn't fit in with the overall ambience. The outdoor whirlpool could be a bit warmer.

The WLan could be a little better.

We came on recommendation and immediately fell in love. Everything is incredibly cool! The view, the ambience, the incredibly delicious food, the sanitary facilities, which are lovingly kept and spotlessly clean at all times. The staff are meeeeega courteous and always have a casual saying at the ready. The pools are a dream. You can really enjoy a vacation here and be totally pampered. We'll be back soon, my dears!

There are absolutely no disadvantages on your part!!! Unfortunately, some guests have this strange habit, just like on Malle, of storing the sun loungers by the pool with towels for the whole day. It would be great if you could sort this out somehow. But there's nothing you can do about it.

I really can't think of anything.

Just about everything is perfect, reception, campsite, food. I particularly enjoy the indoor pool, where I can swim my daily laps.

One small suggestion for improvement. The whirlpool outside was quite cool this time. 2-3 fields of solar water in a sunny spot (e.g. wall), small pump with temperature control, done.

The campsite is very well maintained. Both sanitary blocks are well equipped and very, very clean. There is an indoor pool, an outdoor pool and a rooftop pool / with bar. There is also a restaurant with two different daily specials and very friendly staff. Friendliness and helpfulness are very important throughout the campsite.

A fitness room would round off the already good offer.
