As in previous years, we had a spacious pitch right by the lake.
The site is very well maintained, the sanitary facilities are spacious and very clean.
The owners and staff are friendly and well organized.
Bread roll service... in the morning is reliable and of good quality.
Shopping facilities in Waging are within easy reach.
If you can talk about criticism, the WLAN stability and quality could be much better.
We also noticed that there are more and more generational conflicts, which is certainly a social problem. - the breakfast roll service - the rolls ordered until 5.00 p.m. are brought to the car/pitch at around 8.00 a.m.
- Dogs are not allowed on the pitch, which is very pleasant.... We have nothing against dogs, but in some places it's just too much ...
- the pitch is not too small but not too big either, just right for us

The pitch was very spacious, although not in the first row to the lake we still had a view of the lake. The sanitary facilities were always very clean. You could order baked goods daily and they were even brought to the motorhome. The... starting point is ideal for hiking, cycling or taking the car/bus to Salzburg. So we turned 3 more or less rainy days into a very nice break at Waginger See. Unfortunately, the mountain hut was already closed. The path to Waging is well developed for cyclists and walkers. It is also very easy to cycle around the lake.
When the weather... is nice, it is certainly even more of a little paradise. The site is beautifully laid out, clean and well-kept and the direct access to the lake makes it a great place for swimming, swimming or SUP or paddle boarding.
The owner is very friendly and open-minded, so you can get helpful tips if you need them.
As the campsite is said to be fully booked during the season, it is definitely worth enquiring in advance and booking in good time.
The campsite is not that big, which we really like as it doesn't feel crowded. However, you should be aware that it is about 2 km from the village. So when the Alm is closed, the nearest restaurants are a bit far away.
The bread roll service works perfectly.
Overall, the price-performance ratio is also right.

There is a restaurant on the site called Seealm, the food and service were fine. The bread roll service was great -... direct to the pitch!
There are plenty of leisure activities, and the campsite is a great starting point for cycling tours.
The operators are very helpful, friendly and provided us with all the information we needed.
