Positiivsed
Pitches are quite big, most with shadow and paved with gravel Each pitch has got electric and water. Toiletbuildings are very modern, cleaned several times a day.
Negatiivsed
On the bottem of the sea are rocks and stones, so you need special footwear if you can't swim. There are several swimladders, but most are slippery and some are a bit sloping.
FKK camping Koversada is big, well-equipped and quiet and situated by the sea..
We had a nice, quiet pitch near a toiletbuilding, what we liked.
In september the weather was quite well, with an average of 25 degrees Celsius. Despite 2 days with thunder and shower we liked it. Because of the gravel, all stayed clean inside.
The seawater had a nice temperature for swimming.
Waste can be seperated thrown away.

Beautifully situated, well-kept campsite with exceptionally spacious pitches.

Could not execute anything sustainable
Very nice and well-kept campsite
We stayed at the Textilplatz with our dog in September 2025 and were thrilled.
Such a lovingly laid out and generously designed site with exceptionally beautiful and clean sanitary facilities.
The site is also beautifully and harmoniously lit in the dark in the evening. There is even a dog shower for... dogs.
There is a very nice promenade and a network of paved paths along which you can stroll along the sea towards Vrsar.
Waste is also disposed of separately, which unfortunately not all guests take care of.
We give the campsite a rating of 5 stars+. We will definitely be back!

Sanitary facilities very clean, cleaning 2x daily :-)
Negatiivsed
A giant wall separates the nudist/textile area. A maximum of a quarter of the entire site is nudist. Few bathing possibilities with a good entrance.
Disappointing vacation in September :-(
Our last visit in 2022 was so wonderful, beautiful places and naturism was possible everywhere. I was full of anticipation.
Unfortunately, everything is different in 2025, instead of the beautiful pitches there are now rows and rows of mobile homes. 3/4 of the site is now a textile area.
I was horrified... by the huge dark fence that separates the textile area from the naturist area. Too bad, really too bad.
Our naturist area was nice but the campsite has lost its magic for me!
On a positive note, I would like to mention the cleanliness of the sanitary facilities, the cleaning lady was very hard-working and always friendly. a big thank you for that :-)

Very large pitch with sea view, mostly shady, very clean sanitary facilities The island is beautiful
Negatiivsed
You can't leave the site with your dog to go for a walk Pitches next to the beach volleyball court were very dusty when people were playing In some cases, there were no facilities for disposing of waste
Lack of possibility to dispose of waste
Huge place, we were glad to have had the folding bike with us. Waste disposal was particularly difficult in our corner (Pl 20), elsewhere there were garbage islands. What I found particularly annoying as a dog owner was that there was no way to leave the square with the dog to do its "business". Of course... you do it away, but I still don't think it's nice for others. The neighboring pitches were next to the beach volleyball court and were very dusty when people were playing.
The sanitary facilities were clean and adequate.
The pitch is right on the main path of the site and you literally sit in the front row. There are people with e-scooters, bikes etc. passing by more or less clothed and I don't mean swimsuits but topless.
The island is beautiful and you can also eat well there. We felt comfortable

Modernisation carried out Cleanliness and tranquility Lots of greenery and trees
Negatiivsed
Only a small part of the campsite was left for naturists. The naturist part has no services (shop) or sports facilities - nothing! This is of course at the same price as the campsites have everything, including swimming pools. FKK beach is miniature and more suitable for mountain goats.
Disappointing
If the naturist part was at least 59% of the campsite, the icon of Croatia would still be attractive. As it is, naturists are fleeing to Vahalto and Koversada has little to offer to textile visitors compared to its competitors.

Lots of clothed people on the pitch and on the beach Gastronomy max. mediocre All-inclusive price per pitch
Unfortunately only 1/4 nudist from 2025
An outdated but very beautiful, natural site until 2024. Sanitary facilities of very different ages but always clean.
Many clothed people in the facility as early as 2024. From 2025, 3/4 of the site will be converted into a textile site. For naturists there will be a remainder with minimal beach access.... The prices have been increased considerably. The costs are calculated for the pitch - regardless of how many people (max. 6) you arrive with. This means that the pitch costs just as much for a couple traveling alone as for a family with four children.
Restaurants on the site are mediocre at best, the bars, if open at all, close again at 18:00. Otherwise not much on offer.

Freedom. Size. Arrangement of the pitches. Shade. Entry aids into the sea. Different disposal containers and much more
Negatiivsed
Too many dogs. Moderate controls. Few restaurants. Few joint sporting events. Sparse gardening. Dirt very often lying around.
NUDISM
We spent 6 weeks there again this year and have been going to this wonderful area since 1984.
A very large area that seems to be difficult to manage in terms of gardening, the environment and cleanliness.
Bookings/reservations are not always correct.
Lack of control of compliance with rules (nudism,... dogs on a leash, disposal of dog excrement, observance of the night's rest...) leads to disagreements among vacationers.
Several restaurants should be opened in the area. The existing restaurants are too few and too expensive. The bars etc should also be allowed/able to sell small snacks.
Entertainment evenings would be beneficial.
Open more fruit/ice cream stands. One on the huge square is not enough.
Two stores are not enough and must remain open until the season opens.
Many paths are very busy (to the harbor, boat workshop), always raising dust - asphalting would help.

Crazy price increase
Our first visit was in 2021 (2 weeks in a mobile home) and we liked it so much that we came back in 2022 - despite the price increase of the same mobile home by 51%! Now we actually wanted to book for 2023. However, when it came to pricing, we noticed a 121% increase from 2021 to 2023. Dear Maistra team,... this price is completely exaggerated and in no way justified. As much as we like it with you, we would go to a 5-star hotel for 2 weeks for this price.

The place is beautiful, the sea is a dream. But that's all. You are not allowed on the island with your dog and you are also not allowed on the beach. The shops are far up and are very unfriendly
I have been trying for 3 years to get the wifi fixed in a certain place but nothing happens. They only collect money but nothing happens. Not very customer friendly

The very beautiful nature (old trees and the clean sea) could actually be a guarantee for a nice campsite. The small town of Vrsar with its 2 supermarkets is within easy reach. Unfortunately, we couldn't find any more "advantages" to the campsite; if we had found a free pitch at another naturist campsite, we would have moved.
Negatiivsed
- The staff, especially at the reception is very unfriendly - The pitch and the sanitary facilities are mostly very unkempt - Garbage containers are emptied far too rarely - Very slippery bathing jetty - Too many people in clothing
Never again Koversada - Expensive but rude and unkempt.
- Too many clothed people both on the square and on the beach.
- Hardly any catering on the large site, and then too expensive.
- Very unfriendly receptionists. You get the feeling that the mostly German campers are just a nuisance.
- Mostly ancient, very unkempt sanitary buildings. You can see that... the last renovation was completed on the day the campsite opened in 1961.
- The cleanliness on the site and in the sanitary buildings is absolutely "unsatisfactory". As I am disabled, we visited the disabled shower in wash house no. 7, where a pair of swallows were raising their 5 young. The birds' droppings on the walls and on the lamp were not cleaned up once in 5 weeks. That's quite a pile of rubbish. I'm glad that I can still stand on my own two feet, because the shower facilities for disabled people are a real imposition.
- The campsite is simply not maintained. Cut branches and twigs are left where they were cut.
- The garbage containers and recycling garbage cans on our corner, which were far too small, were emptied perhaps once every 2 weeks; at around 30 degrees in the shade, it really stinks to high heaven in the truest sense of the word.
- The only, very poorly stocked supermarket on the huge square is poorly stocked, but the staff are very unfriendly. A friendly "hello" is returned with a frustrated look and that's it.
- The bathing jetty in the area of the 350-person Parcelle was only cleared of slippery algae once in the 5 weeks. A blue "coating" hangs in shreds and is an additional source of accidents.

Our conclusion: We have been campers for many years and have traveled Europe from the far north (Nordkapp) to the far south (island of Crete). "Naturist-Camp-Koversada": the nature (trees and sea) is great, but the outside area to feel good is completely missing! No campsite is worse!

Large campsite, quiet (except when there was music noise from Valalta), beautiful trees, very clean (which is also due to the guests) We only met very friendly and helpful staff!
Negatiivsed
There is absolutely nothing on offer (which of course can also be an advantage), the opening hours of the restaurants and stores (if there are any at all). Building ruins
A great campsite ...actually...
Such a beautiful campsite. We stayed for 2 weeks in a mobile home, which are simply but functionally equipped. Even though we found many negative points, we will be back. The campsite has a great location and Vrsar is within walking distance. The campsite could offer so much more (we don't need animation).... We would also have liked to spend more money, but this is effectively prevented by the operator - here are a few examples:
A huge campsite and only one supermarket, which, believe it or not, is open from 7:30am - 2pm.
Bars in the most beautiful locations that only invite you to drink wine (or whatever) but either don't open or close at 6pm.
Small outlets where you can buy an ice cream, for example - closed at 6pm.
Only one outlet for baked goods (the ones in the supermarket are not necessarily recommended). So we went to a supermarket outside to do our shopping.
We would also have liked to have chartered a boat directly from the campsite - but unfortunately it was too expensive for what was on offer.
But you can buy fruit and vegetables until 10pm!?!?
Very strange decisions for us...

Location, size, cleanliness, bakery, quiet (with annoying exceptions), friendly staff
Negatiivsed
Noise from the bay on Saturday, gardening at 8 am on the plot, outdated sanitary building
Very nice with exceptions
We visited koversada for the first time in September and were overwhelmed by its size. I recommend finding a pitch by bike or car. Not on foot. Most of the pitches are large and there are some pitches with plenty of shade. It's more difficult to find shade by the sea.
The freedom here, especially through... a is great. It's possible to take a short bike ride around the campsite or go for a walk. So new for us although we have already done one.
Yes, the sanitary facilities are old, but they were always clean for us (no. 9). There was always hot and cold water and the water pressure is also very good.
It felt like the bakery on the island was always open and we always got something. Restaurant balun is recommended and very friendly. But the prices are steep. We feel comfortable.
Textiles. We noticed a few, but they were mostly partners (he didn't fkk her or vice versa) or they were ones that just needed to warm up. In any case, it didn't bother us.
But the gardening work is an absolute NOGO. You're woken up at 8 in the morning at the pitch by motorized scythes at 80 and have to put up with the tank. According to reception, this has to be done during the season. This should please be done during closing time because then nobody will complain. Cheeky. Most campers probably accept this. Then nothing can be changed. What a shame.

Condition and cleanliness of the small wash house
Beautiful natural place with shortcomings in cleanliness
We stayed on the car-free island in a safari tent for over 2 weeks. Getting to the tent by car in the off-season was no problem. The location of the tents, beach sections and swimming opportunities on the island are simply fantastic, the bar is inviting for drinks during the day, the restaurant offers... first-class food in the evening, friendly staff but at quite expensive prices. The small bakery on the island was excellent and our children (4 and 5) were able to get their own pastries every morning. The small wash house on the island is in very poor condition - blocked toilets and overflowing drains. However, the cleanliness is really to be criticized. Completely filthy washbasins, doors, toilets... No toilets are cleaned - only the floor is briefly mopped. Unfortunately, the rest of the facility also leaves a lot to be desired in terms of cleanliness - rusty bars, garbage...

The sea is very clean and you can swim well, the naturist camp is very large and you can walk and run well.

Too few restaurants, too many dogs, the sanitary facilities outdated and partly in need of renovation, no more dancing.
Koversada obsolete
We have been to the Koversada campsite very often, but it is deteriorating a lot, in the past many restaurants were also for dancing, the sanitary facilities are outdated and in need of renovation, there are some people in the naturist area who move around in swimming trunks or swimsuits, if you go shopping... you clearly put on pants, even if you want to go out to eat, but nobody at Koversada pays attention to textile friends, those who walk around in bathing suits have no business in naturism and should go to the textile campsite.

We stayed there for 2 weeks in August and everything was very straightforward, starting with the reservation in April. The check-in was smooth and everything went really well right up to our departure and billing. If you are nice to the staff, they are nice to you. The campsite is huge and there is plenty... of space. There is a sandy beach, a children's beach, a dog beach, a stone beach and plateaus. In many places there are footbridges leading into the water, some with railings. The supermarket, bakery and fruit and vegetable stall are a little more expensive than in town, but you don't have to get dressed and go out. The toilets are a bit outdated but clean, the showers are the same but clean water comes out. Unfortunately, many restaurants within the campsite are empty but the two we visited (pizzeria and fish) were very good. There are dog showers in some of the wash houses and

Peace & sufficient space
Nudism, peace and quiet, plenty of space, meeting friends, compromises in terms of sanitary facilities, friendly staff, but compromises in terms of customer orientation in relation to value for money. Sufficient leisure activities. Nobody here wants a noisy Halli-Galli campsite. I've been coming here for over 20 years and will continue to stay here as long as the naturist area exists.
