Wonderful well kept campsite. plentiful and well kept facilities. Amazing pool and bar area. In a fantastic location.

A really nice place to stay, a nice pool, and a great base for a day trip to Langres or the water park. We stayed here for two nights.

The restaurant is really not great! The service is poor and the staff seem uninterested, the food is cold or they just forget to bring it. No apology, nothing. If you point it out, the employee just shrugs! It’s a real shame because the campground itself is fine.

The service at the restaurant. Unfortunately, we had to eat at different times because the dishes arrived more than 20 minutes apart. Plus, there were side dishes we didn't order.

- No corkscrew in our cabin - Too bad the guest scheduled for Saturday night didn't show up, and there was no information when we arrived at the plaza at 8:15 p.m. - No bread available on Sunday - In the summer, there are no kids’ clubs on the weekends… I don’t think that was specified when we made the reservation?

Beautiful campground on a large lake

The pool is too small for the number of guests. The restaurant/bar staff are very young (and inexperienced). This affects the quality of service, and for a 4-star campground, I expect better.

The vacation rental is great and very well-equipped; the staff is attentive and very kind, and the setting is magnificent!

No hand-washing station in the restroom area outside the toilets; you have to go through the kitchen to rinse your hands or go to the shower area in a stall Leaky urinal No doormats to accommodate the housekeeping staff, who do their job very well There’s a huge discrepancy between what your website says and the reality regarding the kids’ club. Having a club that only takes care of the children occasionally for 30 minutes a day is not what we expect from a facility of this caliber. I feel I’ve been shortchanged. Lack of activities

The pool (oh no, even the pool liner is a disaster)

Tent site behind the utility rooms; the staff showed no consideration despite our requests to change locations (we were willing to pay more); a kids’ club with an activity leader who clearly didn’t want to be there; a bouncy castle that was only inflated for half a day during our entire stay; noise disturbance from the trampolines at night (obscene drawings on trampolines intended for young children). We were extremely disappointed with our stay—the staff was smiling but not at all accommodating and very condescending. We wonder where they got all those stars from.

A really beautiful, clean campground. The restrooms are also very clean. A very warm welcome. Nice, spacious sites. Fun things to do in the area.

It was great—beautiful surroundings, a quiet campground, and fun entertainment with sports activities!

The food at the restaurant wasn't very good; we mentioned it, but the problem wasn't really resolved. Our table smelled like dogs had peed there.
