A simply outrageous experience.
We had booked a studio for 2 nights at a price of €204. Upon arrival, we were asked to pay an additional €50 in cash for a cleaning fee. So we expected, at the very least, to find a clean and properly maintained place to stay....
What a disappointment!
As soon as we stepped into the studio, we were greeted by a strong musty smell. There were flies everywhere in the unit. And as if that weren’t enough, the outdoor table was in a disgusting state, covered in fly droppings, with what looked like a bloodstain on top of that.
❌ €204 for two nights + €50 for cleaning (paid in cash), only to arrive at a place that doesn’t seem to have been properly cleaned: this is simply unacceptable.
We’re not talking about a minor detail or a flaw here: hygiene and cleanliness are basic requirements, especially when a facility charges an extra cleaning fee.
We are extremely disappointed with this experience and strongly advise against staying at this campground. At this price, we have every right to expect a minimum level of cleanliness and respect for the guest.
