The site is well maintained, spacious and offers something for every age group - from the swimming lake to the indoor pool and numerous leisure activities for children and adults. We were particularly impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness... of the staff - you feel welcome right from the start. The sanitary facilities are modern and very clean, which is particularly important to us. The location is also fantastic - in the middle of the Zillertal Alps, perfect for excursions, hikes and simply relaxing. The prices in the store were a disadvantage (although the baked goods are relatively expensive but also very good). The biggest negative point is once again the sanitary buildings. The condition and appearance are beyond reproach. Cleanliness is also not an issue (despite... the place being full, it was always clean). Only the number of toilets is simply too few. In two weeks of the Whitsun vacations there was always a traffic jam and you almost always had to wait for a free cubicle. I also didn't understand why the buildings were completely closed for two hours every day. One of the cleaning staff is constantly in action - so why another two-hour break? One small negative point is the fuses. 6A is a bit low - but the light flickers a lot when the air conditioning comes on. This could possibly be improved in the future (especially as I have to pay for the electricity anyway). The rest of the facilities are great - we will definitely be back!Automaatselt tõlgitud.
