Friendly and clean. You can’t ask for more from the cleaning staff. The guests need to be a little more careful about keeping things clean, too. There are quiet and slightly noisier areas—something for everyone. A very... nice area for biking and walking—even with a dog. There’s plenty to explore in the area. The best parts were the swimming pool/water park and the entertainment program; you could easily let the kids go there on their own, which gave us some peace and quiet. The facilities, including the laundry rooms, are very clean, and the staff are always friendly and helpful.
There’s a bread roll delivery service, and there’s a large supermarket nearby.
There’s also an entertainment and sports program for adults.

For us, the **Eurocamp Spreewaldtour** is an absolutely top-notch campground!
The entire grounds are very beautiful and exceptionally well-maintained. The green spaces, restrooms, and even the swimming pool are clean and inspected regularly. The restaurant serves delicious food, and the prices... are fair.
Our mobile home was clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. However, the mattresses could use replacing. We’d also like to see a handrail on the stairs leading to the upper sleeping area, as they’re a bit dangerous for children. Unfortunately, the toilet key was broken when we arrived, but we forgot to report it.
The staff were mostly very friendly. The staff on the e-scooters, in particular, were always in a good mood and greeted us warmly. A problem with our gas heater was fixed immediately—you can’t ask for better service than that. Only one younger receptionist, unfortunately, seemed rather unfriendly in the morning and also when we checked out. A smile or a “Have a safe trip home” would have made the otherwise excellent experience perfect.
There’s an incredible amount on offer for kids: daily activities (except on Sundays), several playgrounds, and a craft area—really great!
The laundry machine app is basically a good idea, but it could work more reliably, as the availability display wasn’t always accurate.

The location is ideal, and it’s especially convenient that once you’ve found your favorite site, you can easily book it again online. The restrooms are modern and clean, and the children’s restroom area is lovingly designed and child-friendly. There are also washing machines and dishwashers available. We especially liked the proximity to the lake and the pool area with slides. We’d love to come back!NegatiivsedI have a small suggestion for improvement regarding the playground. Overall, we really liked it, but a few minor adjustments would help keep it appealing in the long run. For example, the playground equipment could be checked regularly for minor damage, protruding screws could be tightened promptly, and some of the equipment could be repainted. In addition, grass and weeds could be removed from under the equipment, and the indentations caused by the swings could be filled in. Since, unfortunately, not all parents take their trash with them, it would be desirable for the staff to clean the playground a bit more frequently. We weren’t entirely satisfied with the restaurant at the campground, however. Many of the dishes seemed more like frozen foods to us—the schnitzel, for example. On the other hand, we really enjoyed the fresh Shopska salad and the wine. Since there are several restaurants in the area serving freshly prepared food, we ultimately chose to eat there instead.We'd love to come backEvery year, we look forward to our stay at your campground. Our young child, in particular, always feels very comfortable here and really enjoys the many activities on offer. We’ve shared these suggestions with you simply because we care deeply about the campground and hope it will remain just as appealing... in the future. Perhaps some of our suggestions can be incorporated into your future plans. Otherwise, please keep up the good work—you’ve had many great ideas. We called and were able to arrive on the spot. We were given a very warm welcome. The spot we chose was really beautiful. Our planned 3-night stay turned into 9 because we simply enjoyed it so much. We had to “move” for the last 2 nights, but that spot was great,... too. The staff really goes out of their way for their guests. We were simply thrilled. The bread rolls are delicious. The restaurant serves good food. The restrooms were clean and tidy. The laundry service via app was a highlight for us. There was nothing to complain about. Our dog felt very comfortable, too. Fair prices. The soft-serve ice cream was delicious and really affordable. Everyone was nice and helpful.
We like it when everything is centralized in one place—the reception desk, dining options, playground, and pool. The pool area is really great; it feels a bit like being down south.

We fell in love with the Tiny House and you have everything you need in this miracle of space. The entire staff was always approachable, friendly and solution-oriented. The sanitary facilities are beautifully designed, clean... and the children's area is particularly well done. We were particularly impressed by the many changing events and had so much fun at the water polo tournament, the treasure hunt, the daily craft activities, the Neptune baptism and the pool party. Of course, we enjoyed swimming in the pool and whirlpool in the hot temperatures. But the lake with its bathing area is also great.
