Various tours are offered directly from the campground, including a bus trip to Prague.
You can access the lake directly from the campground through two gates, for which you’ll need a key. You’ll receive... the key upon arrival. There are several small swimming coves along the lake.
The Luüoase features two modern and always clean restroom facilities. In the main building, you’ll find two-part or clever S-shaped showers with a handheld showerhead that doesn’t stop, no shower tokens required, and well-functioning ventilation. I didn’t have to wait in line at all.
License plate recognition for the gate—that’s great. The gate is closed from 1:30–2:30 p.m. (Can’t they just get rid of that?).
The restaurant comes highly recommended, but with only two (very nice) waiters, it can sometimes feel a bit understaffed—you really need to allow plenty of time. Drinks and food arrive fairly quickly, but it can take up to an hour just to get to the point of paying...
You order bread rolls online the day before—it works great. All you have to do is pick them up in the morning.
There’s plenty of space to park before the entrance.

The amenities at the campsite include a fresh water and wastewater connection, as well as a 16A CEE electrical outlet. A sufficiently strong and stable Wi-Fi connection was also... available.
The two modern restroom facilities on the site were always kept clean. The numerous signs regarding general behavior and cleanliness certainly helped with this—though they might seem a bit odd at first, they likely made sense based on past experience. In any case, they served their purpose.
The campground has a restaurant serving regional and national dishes that was always very busy during our stay (especially with locals from the area), which speaks to the quality of the food and service.
We received a very friendly welcome at the front desk. We were provided with comprehensive information about the campground and the surrounding area, both near and far.
A great tip was the day trip to Dresden on the hop-on, hop-off bus, which picks you up right at the campground and brings you back in the afternoon. It’s well worth it. Tip: Get the 2-day ticket right away for an extra €10.
