The playground is beautifully designed. The place is clean.

We had the wooden hut on stilts. The cabin was way too crowded and the dining table blocked almost the entire interior of the cabin. The pool area is large but the pools were really cold and the so called covered and heated pool was just under a really ugly industrial roof and freezing cold. Worst of all was the staff. They were incompetent and unfriendly. Both at reception and elsewhere. Our daughter was ill and we wanted to check out a little later. Although no one else came after us, we were not allowed to. So inflexible and unfriendly.
