The small village consists of a pub and two or three other houses. The campground is a typical British holiday park with many mobile homes, a few hard pitches, and a large field for tents and campervans. The meadow is situated on a hill and slopes... so steeply on both sides that it’s difficult to keep your vehicle level even with wheel chocks. There are several fresh water stations and a restroom trailer on the meadow, but no electricity and—except in the outer areas—no shade either.
The restroom facilities are always clean, and the shop is well-stocked. There are various food trucks on the beach, some of which offer very tasty food.
