"Guter Platz - Wir waren 6 Tage auf dem Platz. Nach einigen Wochen Einsamkeit im Norden von Norwegen und Finnland tat dieser Platz richtig gut. Jeder kann sich seinen Platz selbst aussuchen, Wasser ist direkt am Platz. Es fahren regelmäßig 2 Buslinien in die nette Stadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es genug in der Nähe. Es führt zwar eine Straße in der Nähe des CP vorbei, nachts ist es aber ruhig. Die Küche ist richtig gut und gemütlich. Um den Platz herum gibt es viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Die Sanitäranlagen sind zwar etwas alt, waren aber sauber. 5 Sterne würde ich für den Platz nicht geben, aber wir haben uns bei unserem Aufenthalt wohlgefühlt.

"Never visit this place - We visited this camping from Dec, 25btill Dec, 27 and were not provided with the services that we paid for. In the campsite there was no water, the nearest WC is 3km away. No way to drain the waste. Although the cost of this service was fully paid for, service was not rented. We do not recommend to anybody this camping. Service is very poor. Personnel is rough in communication and refused to settle our problems. They told us that "we are not americans" and they don't want to hurry to solve our problems

"Überbewerteter Platz - Der Campingplatz wirbt mit 5 Sternen, von wem auch immer die vergeben wurden. Der Platz ist groß und die Stellplätze verfügen über ausreichend Platz. Eigentlich gibt es alles, was man sich wünscht. ABER! Es ist Juli und der Platz ist ziemlich voll. 2 Sanitärgebäude scheinen nicht ausreichend, da z.B. in einem der beiden von 5 Toiletten im Männerbereich 2 außer Betrieb und eines verstopft ist. Zudem wird nur einmal am Morgen gereinigt, entsprechend sieht es am Abend aus. Der Handtrockner funktioniert auch nicht. Definitiv zu wenig Sanitärmöglichkeiten für so viele Menschen. Das Restaurant macht am Sonntag schon um 8 Uhr zu! An den Werktagen ist es allerdings bis 23 Uhr geöffnet. Die Bedienung im Restaurant extrem frech, als ich kurz nach Schließung nach einem Getränk fragte. Mit dem Hinweis, dass morgen auch ein Tag sei, wurde ich stehen gelassen. Die Öffnungszeiten standen schlauerweise hinter einer geöffneten Tür, so dass man das nicht lesen konnte. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist freundlich. Der Preis für eine Nacht mit Rabatt von 33 € ist für das Angebot und den Zustand zu hoch.

"Campingplatz und Freizeitanlage am See - Rauhalahti ist ein grosses Ferienzentrum mit Campingplatz, Zeltplatz und Bungalows an einem See. Wir haben den Platz auf der Reise nach Norden gewählt nur für 1 Nacht. Die Anlage ist gepflegt sowohl innen als aussen. Die Stellplätze sind ausreichend gross, teilw. parzelliert, freie Platzwahl. Die Sanit. Anlagen schön, in gutem Zustand und sauber, es gibt eine Waschküche mit Waschmaschine und Trockner (gegen Gebühr) mit Wäscheleine im Freien, Küche und Abwaschen ebenfalls sauber; Sauna vorhanden. Dazu gibt es ein Restaurant, Snackbar etc., soll gut sein, selber haben wir da nicht gegessen. Personal in der Reception und auf dem Platz freundlich und hilfsbereit. Viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten für Klein und Gross, also eher ein Ferienplatz.

" - Mukava leirintäalue, jossa runsaasti vapaa-ajan aktiviteettejä. Kokoonsa nähden siisti ja rauhallinen. Olemme käyneet kaksi kertaa ja tulemme todennäköisesti uudelleen.

Turn to the left, to "Kartanonkatu" …street (there is allso sign " Rauhalahti"), approx 500 m this Kartanonkatu street 4. Turn to the right: Rauhalahti Holiday Centre, there is also a sign of a caravan by entrance. 5. Drive straight on approx. 150 m, to the brown building with a sign "reception". (On the winter keep on driving 200 meters untill on the right side of the street blue/grey building and sign "reception.) WELCOME!!!
