STAYING BY THE SEA Strandcamping is somewhat hidden in the dunes of Petten and is only a stone's throw from the beach and the sea (100 metres). It is surrounded by woods and dunes and is not far from the … most beautiful flower area in the Netherlands. Playing with the waves or preferring to laze on the beach, enjoying the setting sun, watching the seagulls foraging for food - all this ensures that you quickly forget the daily grind. Kilometres of cycle paths through the flower fields, over the dyke, through the dunes or along the nature reserve "Het Zwanenwater" invite you to fill your lungs with fresh North Sea air. PLACE The pitches of between 80 m² and 120 m² are situated along the campsite paths (not on the camping fields). The pitches are equipped with a 6 amp electrical connection. The difference in altitude on the Corfwater campsite is up to 8 metres. You can choose a high pitch with a view over the whole campsite, or you can place your motorhome/caravan in a hollow sheltered from the wind. There is a supply station for motorhomes at the campsite. At Camping Corfwater you will find the following amenities: -car-free pitches -showers -washing machine -laundry dryer -Bike rental -Cooling units for hire -Sanitary facilities for the disabled -Kiosk -heated sanitary facilities -dry toilet disposal -care centre caravans MODERN, SPACIOUS SANITARY BUILDINGS Camping Corfwater has two very nice and comfortable sanitary buildings. Both are heated and very spacious. There are separate children's rooms with low showers, baby baths and baby changing facilities. Showers are free and the washbasins have hot and cold water. Family showers are also available. The sanitary blocks are otherwise equipped with large scullery and fully equipped launderette. ENJOY WITH THE CHILDREN There are two playgrounds for children at Camping Corfwater. They can play to their heart's content in the sand, swing on the seesaw, swing, slide and climb. If the weather doesn't play along, there is a recreation room. There you can play table tennis or darts, have fun at the foosball table, play board games, watch videos or chat with each other.
