"campeggio rilassato e molto spazioso - Campeggio molto spazioso in un luogo incantevole. Ha un bel lago nel bosco, una piscina grande, una più piccola per i bambini ed una vasca idromassaggio rustica in mezzo alle piante aromatiche. Potevo prendere gratuitamente tutti i giorni le verdure fresche, biologiche nell'orto. Stefano, il proprietario, è sempre gentile e disponibile ad aiutare. Assolutamente da raccomandare

"Dream place and pure relaxation - We stayed at Stefano's site in July 2023. Yes, the access road is a bit of an adventure, especially if the caravan is a bit longer. But once you're there, it's just wonderful. Stefano had allocated us a pitch that was still close to the access area but still very secluded. Just right for us. Electricity and water are connected to the pitch, so there was nothing left to be desired. We enjoyed the peace and quiet, the wonderful swimming pond, the nature and the crops. Stefano is an incredibly likeable person who, as a native of South Tyrol, speaks very good German. We had a fantastic time there. Thank you Stefano! Wolfgang and Biggi

"A - not so - small paradise - In a nutshell: a wonderful place! The access road is a bit of an adventure, but once you're there, you're immediately on vacation - and it's pretty much in the middle of Florence, Siena and Arezzo, making it very conveniently located for seeing a lot of Tuscany. We spent three weeks with the caravan at Madonna di Pogi in June/July. A great shady spot - but no matter where you are: it's quiet, it's spacious, you have privacy and yet at the same time the pool, the barbecue area, the - clean and spacious - medical supply store or - the best thing of all! - the bathing lake in the immediate vicinity. Fresh bread rolls are delivered every morning; eggs, zucchinis and tomatoes are even free. Owner Stefan is also happy to provide wine from the neighboring vineyard. In general: Stefan and his team do a really great job! Everything is always clean, comments about things that don't work are dealt with immediately - Stefan even organized a dentist appointment for me without any fuss... and if you need help with sightseeing and excursion planning, he's also the best place to go for good tips that aren't in the travel guide. A real oasis, a really great place - even more so when you consider that we paid just 24 or (high season) 26 euros a day for our pitch including water and electricity (and shower!).

"Into the Wild... - Madonna di Pogi is a little piece of paradise for anyone looking for peace, quiet and hospitality when traveling: The extremely spacious campeggio with its deliberately simple but tasteful cottages in two sizes not only offers peace and quiet, but also a very pleasant sense of privacy - which is only surpassed by the uncomplicated, dedicated hospitality and helpfulness of the owner. The infrastructure is very clean, tasteful and created with a lot of love. The owner generously shares with his guests what the grounds of the Campeggio and the animals that also live here have to offer. The beautiful, private lake at the edge of the forest is a visual and acoustic highlight for nature lovers and water rats, inviting them to immerse themselves not only in the water but also in the surrounding area. This allows guests (especially those traveling with dogs like me) to explore the nearby or wider landscape on foot. In spring in particular, even more or less ambitious nature photographers will not miss out (if you stop off at Madonna di Pogi without enough time and macro and wide-angle lenses, it's your own fault...). There is so much to see, hear, smell and feel. So much so that you feel inclined to want to keep this place an insider tip. But because a rare tourist offer like this is a dream come true for all those who travel rather than go on vacation and are looking to be close to what they are visiting, it would be great if this type of tourism were to catch on. "Great place in the middle of nature - Despite the permanent huts, we were able to spend two nights there in a tent. You feel like you're camping in the wild because the area is so extensive and is run in a natural way with a lot of dedication. The nearest shop is 2 km away. You can get salad or vegetables and eggs directly on site (for free!). The sanitary building is super clean, the owner is very friendly and helpful! The adjacent natural lake is stunning and always good for a refreshment, even in this year's heat. We will definitely be back, this place is unique!!! Anyone who appreciates peace and nature is in good hands here.

"Relax between Siena and Florence - Very friendly, family campsite! With a beautiful swimming pond, accommodation in small self-catering huts, no caravan pitches! The site is a little difficult to find, so call ahead. Siena is just under 40km away, Florence about 50km. The perfect place to relax! Highly recommended.

Our main idea in creating the Madonna di Pogi agri-campsite was to provide our guests with the opportunity to freely experience the Tuscan countryside, its nature, and, above all, its tranquillity. This kind of opportunity is increasingly rare on the …usual tourist circuits but we have made it possible on our farm: There are 120,000 m2 of forest, fruit trees and cultivated land completely at your disposal, so that you can always find a quiet spot in the shade of an old oak tree to read a book or relax in a hammock, as well as sunbathe on the lawn after a refreshing dip in our lake. Nestled in the unspoiled nature of the Val d’Ambra and within easy reach of Tuscany’s main tourist destinations, including Chianti, Maremma and the art cities of Siena, Arezzo and Florence, our agri-campsite offers tourists and lovers of nature and country life the pleasure of enjoying an unique experience of the Tuscan ecological lifestyle. The harmony of the nature around our agri-campsite is reflected in the complete relaxation it offers, thanks to the abundant green spaces available to guests, the private lake, and the possibility of walks and bicycle rides through the Val d’Ambra, one of the most beautiful areas of our region. This is our first year of activity, and we are working hard every day to make your stay an ever more pleasant experience. Our agri-campsite has several types of caravans , all made from wood and ecologically friendly materials by local craftsmen, to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. The caravans are situated randomly, with no geometrical layout, to ensure the greatest possible privacy . Our main focus in creating the structures was on ecology and respect for the environment. For this reason, we have implemented available technologies for energy saving, wastewater recycling, nursery irrigation, vegetable garden management and raising the farm animals with organic systems. The various types of caravans all include a large, private outdoor area with table and benches.
