The security staff is incompetent—they just stand around with their hands in their pockets or on their phones. There’s a lack of respect for the rules posted at the pool entrance, which state that the following are prohibited... No music, no food, no diving, no “Burkina,” no running—but the worst part is that the water slides are unsupervised; teenagers are climbing up the slides, sliding down in groups—in short, they’re running the show. I had to step in, and only then did an activity leader step in to resolve the problem, which was a recurring issue throughout my entire stay.

Safety Around the Pool and Water Slides.

We drove 1,100 km and arrived around 8 p.m. at our rental—a villa infested with cockroaches! We called the campground, which was closed, but someone answered and agreed to put us up on an emergency basis. We ended up spending the week at that campground—kudos to them and thank you! There are still people out there with a heart! I highly recommend this campground—they have a great team!

A peaceful off-season stay with its perks—a big thank you to the team at Camping des Cadenières, who were very welcoming, kind, and helpful.

In the mobile home, we didn't have any lounge chairs; we felt that was missing. Also, the paths could use some improvement—there were pieces of glass lying around, so we had to be careful with the kids and pets. Luckily, I didn't step on any with the sole of my flip-flop… Otherwise, it was a fun mussel night with music.

Location, facilities, friendliness, restaurant (quality)

The warm welcome Spacious, quiet, and shaded mobile home. Pleasant pool area Ideally located. The restaurant and barbecue rental.

The mobile home is a bit run-down for a 4-star campground. Condition of the access paths to the mobile homes. I recommend making sure to mention at the time of booking that this is a campground set primarily on a slope for people who have difficulty walking, like me (respiratory insufficiency).

The mobile home was clean, fairly comfortable, and in a good location, not far from the pools and the restaurant. The pools and the two water slides were a big hit with the kids.

Not everyone followed the pool rules (swimsuits, shoes, safety, etc.); perhaps there are more staff members on hand to supervise during peak season...

Great stay—the mobile home was clean and well-equipped, the campground was fantastic and in a great location, with access to the pool, water slides...the staff was very welcoming—nothing to report. I highly recommend it +++

The heat, and the pool—even though it was still a bit chilly (early May)

The friendly welcome. Having to pay €10 for a pillow (which wasn't very comfortable) that was just going to end up in the wash… At least I could have gotten it back in that case.

The first week of May—it was still very quiet at the campground and not all the facilities were open, but Denis and his team went out of their way to help us! They even turned on the water slides just for our three kids. No request was too much trouble.
