The campsite is in beautiful condition with an *optimal lake view* and a magnificent *view of the mountains* which can also be enjoyed from the campsite. The access to the lake is ideal and the location offers a peaceful, picturesque setting to relax in. The views and nature are definitely... a highlight of the site.
Negative aspects:
Unfortunately, the campground itself was not as well maintained. The *pitch* was more of a gravel road, which made it difficult to get comfortable and use - especially when you would have liked a green field. In addition, the *washing and bathing area for the children* was not usable due to a technical defect, which was particularly problematic for families. The *children's area*, which would actually have offered a nice opportunity for the little ones, was also closed due to a construction site. Even if the area had been open, it probably wouldn't have been much fun as the *play equipment was in a dilapidated state* - an *old trampoline*, a *broken zip wire* that was *broken* and lying on the ground gave the impression of a neglected area. --- This version takes the other information and clearly highlights the positive and negative aspects of the campsite. At this point, we would like to point out that reviews that have clearly been created with the help of artificial intelligence are only of... limited help to us and future guests. What counts are personal impressions, real experiences and the emotions associated with them - these cannot be replaced by technology.
We would like to comment on the content of your feedback as follows:
Our sanitary facilities were largely available without restrictions during your stay. The technical defect you mentioned only affected the so-called "fish bath" - a special sub-area that is not decisive for the overall operation. Of course, there were plenty of other washing and bathing areas available for families.
The rear area of the campsite is currently closed due to planned renovation work - clearly visible through construction fences and multiple signs. The fact that this area was nevertheless entered - including the playground located there - is a cause for concern. Safety regulations apply to all guests and serve to protect each individual. We expect such instructions to be observed.
We would like to clarify this with regard to the pitches: Our combination of grass and gravel areas has been deliberately chosen. The gravel is not only used for stability, but also for efficient drainage when it rains - this is a quality feature of modern camping facilities.
We thank you for your feedback and would like to emphasize: Those who criticize also bear responsibility - towards other guests, the host and the fair treatment of the conditions on site.

Thank you very much for your feedback. We are all the more sorry that your stay, which you yourself describe as "actually very satisfactory", was overshadowed by a single situation at the end.
You write that you were approached in an unfriendly manner by the manager at check-out - which... surprises us very much. After all, check-out is only carried out by our reception team, not by the manager personally. Your description is therefore neither comprehensible nor verifiable for us.
We attach great importance to treating our guests with respect and appreciation - we also want reviews to remain objective and not be based on misunderstandings or emotional moments. Especially when everything else seems to have gone well.
It is a pity that you formulated your impressions so drastically and did not address us directly - because sometimes things can be clarified very quickly in a personal conversation.

Thank you for your feedback - even if we regret that your stay was not to your complete satisfaction. We take your criticism very seriously and use such feedback to further improve our processes and services.
We recommend a Comfort Plus pitch (100-120 m²), especially for larger caravans,... to ensure sufficient space for the vehicle and caravan. Even if we cannot guarantee a fixed pitch number, we always try to accommodate individual requests as best we can.
The fees listed - visitor's tax, environmental tax and processing fee - are customary in the industry, are communicated transparently and serve the sustainable maintenance of our infrastructure. The replacement fee for the lost wristband sensor is also necessary as this system fulfills electronic functions. We can understand that the loss of this wristband had a major impact on your overall impression - it is a pity that this has resulted in such a critical assessment.
We strive every day to further develop our site and our service and would be delighted to be able to impress you again on your next visit.

We would like to point out that our guests can always obtain personal... and individual information at reception.
Our digital guest folder also serves as practical support - with up-to-date information such as bus timetables, hiking routes and other offers to make our guests' stay easier.
With regard to billing, we would like to make it clear that once payment has been made on site, only the statutory local taxes are payable, as is customary in Austria and also communicated transparently in advance.
It is very important to us to provide every guest with a pleasant and well-informed vacation - personally, individually and at eye level.
Should there have been any misunderstandings in individual cases, we expressly regret this.

We can only confirm everything, we were very satisfied, everyone was super nice and open to any questions. The apartment was small but very... decorative and furnished with love.
