All around, everything is highly recommended. The daily price for dogs is high compared to other campsites, but everything else is just right. Unfortunately the weather didn't play along in the first week, but that's nobody's fault. We also had a private bathroom again, so please check the ventilation. Another suggestion for the sinks: maybe you could install draining grids over the sinks, as some guests are... not so keen on cleanliness.
The cleaning staff come often enough, but they can't clean after everyone, and the same applies to the toilets. It's the guests who leave these places like this!
And if people get upset about children shouting, dogs barking or geese chattering, relax, that's part of it.

They did not respond to customer requests.
It was also a pity that the extension time on the chip card was not updated.
We were therefore unable to use the shower facilities even though everything had already been paid for.
There were no customers at... reception and we were instructed to make the booking "online".
Reason: the time spent at the counter would be wasted.
Apart from the staff, the campsite only has advantages. Spacious, great access to electricity and water, perfectly accessible sanitary facilities, great restaurant, beautiful gardens, individually selectable pitches with shade, in the forest or under the open sky, quiet, recommendable power place.

Very courteous team, beautiful location on the lake. Very spacious pitch (gravel and grass). The sanitary building welcomes guests with a great ambience, lots of light and clean all round. With the Campingcard you get a small bathroom for yourself, so to speak (there is a washbasin... and shower in the cabin).
There is a shop on site with fresh bread rolls. In the evening you can enjoy a delicious meal in the restaurant by the lake. Experience the sunset, seating right on the water.

We were served in a friendly manner and the food, although the menu was small at the beginning, was very good in terms of taste and portion size. There is a kiosk (delicious pizzas), a mini market that has everything you need (e.g. meat and sausages from Stanishof Germering - TOP Hof Metzgerei -), plus you don't need to reserve the rolls for breakfast, there is always plenty of everything - SUPER! A restaurant with very nice hosts and waiters - food was very good! The reception was very nice and explained everything we needed to know. The price - of course you must not forget that you are at the Pilsensee in the 5 lakes country - is ok for the equipment and the location! The restaurant was not closed, unfortunately we could not test it. But there is a Bräustüberl and an Italian restaurant nearby. Otherwise you have to drive, although the nearest destinations are not far away.

We didn't mind, but we heard from several new arrivals that the way to the waste disposal facility was too far for them!

Pitch 105 was perfect with a view of the lake and the mountains. The sanitary building was also very clean and modern. Unfortunately, the restaurant on site was closed, but as a camper you know how to help yourself. The mini market reopened on... the 2nd day under new management and has everything you need, including fresh bread rolls and cakes. The managers of the campsite and the mini-market are very friendly and helpful!

The trees on the site are so high that nobody has to worry about roof structures when setting up!
Very large pitches with 2.5 m wide... vehicles and 3 m awning extension still room to park the car next to it!
Last but not least.... the almost invisible cleaning staff - who manage - that I as a smoker have seen a maximum of (estimated) 10 to 15 cigarette butts in the ashtray in front of the sanitary building during the vacation week..... I always looked around to see if they were lurking for a smoker to empty the ashtray again immediately ;-)
All in all a clear recommendation even if the kiosk was still closed - but this was already communicated in advance!
We should also mention the check-in machine, which we also found very convenient.
