Reception staff are proactive and have a good command of English

If you open your gate at set times to reduce traffic, you really shouldn't make exceptions for every visitor who doesn't read the sign.

Beautiful, spacious site; nice pool; good restaurant and campground store

Front restroom building: some of the faucets don't work. Little to no toilet paper; not cleaned often enough. Shower area: no place to put clothes (no bench). Dishwashing area: little to no hot water.

The pool is fantastic, and the areas are spacious and large! The entertainment program is very lively!

The bathroom is awful, old, and dirty.

The beautiful grounds, the great tennis lessons, and the fact that dogs are welcome.

The pool should be open longer, and it would be nice to have more lounge chairs.

Large camping spot, and the 10-amp hookup was great, too. The entertainment was fantastic—our kids had a wonderful vacation, so thank you! Nice pool. An extra refrigerator was very handy.

SANITARY FACILITIES! They were really dirty and in bad shape. Dirty toilets covered in poop and sometimes clogged, so in the morning you see all this poop floating around. The showers were also terrible and cold. The campground’s gate is useless. The time slots are really inconvenient—you spend the whole day checking the clock to see when you can enter or leave the campground. We were at the far end of the campground, and it’s impossible to walk all the way around there with three young children. There just weren’t enough lounge chairs by the pool. After two days of sitting on the hard ground, we thought we’d bring our own lounge chairs, but that wasn’t allowed either.

We stayed in a beautiful spot, and the place looked clean! Kudos to those who keep it in such good condition! We enjoyed our two-week stay—not only the accommodations, but also the pool and the delicious food we were able to order! The staff is friendly!

Personally, we felt that the pool closed rather early. Especially if you’d been out all day and wanted to cool off in the pool. It’s also worth noting that the information we received online—such as a voucher for a “water park” that we were supposed to pick up at the front desk—wasn’t available because another family had already taken the voucher that day. It’s a shame we didn’t know we had to reserve a voucher/card at the front desk. This was a disappointment for the kids.

No lighting on the trails. It gets dark in the evening on the trails leading to the campground. Many tents had their own lighting attached to them. There were lots of small, protruding stones and tree roots, as well as lots of leaves.

The campground is perfect for families with children. The entertainment team was excellent and enthusiastic—they were fantastic! The pool was wonderful.

The noise late at night and in the early hours of the morning was sometimes annoying. The bathrooms were very disappointing; I had expected better for the price. They weren't cleaned often enough.

Check-in and check-out times are very limited. During check-in, it would be a good idea to inform guests that toilet paper should not be flushed down the toilets.

Noise from the campground next door, and the gate opens and closes frequently for cars. It’s really, really annoying. The showers are very outdated, as are the restrooms. A lot of things are broken. Bring your own toilet paper.

Beautiful campground, great restaurant, lovely, quiet pool, plenty of options at the store, and very friendly staff! There’s also a convenient shuttle service to the beach. The restrooms are very clean.

A slide by the toddler pool? Maybe more options for riding down?

I bought a Wi-Fi device, but it didn't work. There's almost never any toilet paper in the restrooms, so you have to go the old-fashioned way and carry a roll around the campground. There's only one place to empty your chemical toilet, even though it's such a huge campground. There's a lot of overdue maintenance.

They really go the extra mile. The pool area, which is connected to the restaurant, is excellent. A small shop with a restaurant—it has everything you need.

Restroom facilities: 2 are old and dilapidated; 2 are in good condition but there aren’t enough of them. The restroom by the pool cannot be locked from the inside when in use; anyone can walk in. The showers are very difficult to use because they’re all caked with limescale and almost no water comes out. There’s only one location for the toilet waste disposal box, and you have to search for it—it’s not listed in the site directory. A palm tree in the street area is protruding into the road; this is dangerous and could cause significant damage. German is rarely spoken here. (Okay, we’re in Italy, after all—people just speak Italian here.)

Very nice, large pitch (we were traveling with a caravan), pitches separated by hedges, great shade. The site is lovingly designed, the sanitary facilities are very clean (we used the new wash house, I don't know the others).

The way to the beach is a bit awkward, as it leads over a somewhat busier road. With 2 small kids on the bike (because walking is too far in the heat) plus dog, plus bathing equipment a bit cumbersome... Dogs are not allowed in the water on the beach between 8am and 8pm. Dog beach only 3km away and not particularly nice either, unless you like stone beaches... We preferred to get in the car and drive 30km towards San Vincenco. It was really nice there, even for the dog.
