The accommodations we stayed in were comfortable, air-conditioned, and very clean. The resort is well-equipped, with a pool, a multi-purpose playground, an inflatable play structure, and a snack bar—all while respecting everyone’s peace and quiet. The town is within walking distance, and you’ll find everything you need to stock up on supplies there. Hiking trails and walking paths are nearby—the region has plenty to offer.НегативиThe grounds are very steep, and access to the parking lot and the pool is difficult for strollers because there is a flight of stairs with about twenty steps.A great location and friendly, helpful staff.Clean, comfortable, and the bedding is fine. Regarding the site’s terrain, you’re absolutely right: Camboussel is situated on fairly steep natural terrain. Access to certain facilities can indeed be less convenient with a stroller, particularly the stairs leading to the pool.

We are surprised by your comment. Before your arrival, we clearly informed you that, during the village festival, we do not accommodate campers who are simply looking for peace and quiet, but only those who wish to participate in the festivities. You confirmed to us that you were coming specifically... for the festival.
Regarding the rate, it’s important to set the record straight. The special “festival” rate is €12 per person per day, or €48 for two people for two days. However, you were charged our standard rate of €18 per day for your campsite, which comes to €36 for the two days. You therefore paid less than the rate charged to festival participants.
Village festivals are, by their very nature, special events that attract large crowds and create a livelier atmosphere than usual. We do everything we can to ensure the event runs as smoothly as possible, but it’s impossible to maintain the campground’s usual conditions during those two days. Furthermore, we do everything we can to prevent young people from driving after drinking.
We had people on the waiting list who wanted to come exclusively for the Brassac festival. Had you not been satisfied, we would have accepted other people from the waiting list.
Please do not make reservations for the festivities; we will decline your request.

We are sorry that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations.
Regarding the swimming pool, it is a municipal pool located approximately 2 km from the campsite and is open only during July and August but its free for le campsite. This information is indicated... on our website. Unfortunately, outside this period, the pool is closed and therefore empty.
As for the tennis court, it is also a municipal facility. We provided you with the access code so that you could use it during your stay and its free also.
Concerning your arrival, we appreciate your comments. We understand that finding and accessing the campsite may have been difficult. We will consider your suggestion regarding the barrier access code being sent by email before arrival, especially for guests who have completed their booking and payment in advance.
Please note that outside the high season, reception is not staffed throughout the entire day, even though staff remain available when needed.
