The resort is very nice, with some large lots, trees, and lots of oleander. There’s a nice little pool, and we always managed to find a spot. The beach is just across the street. There’s a long sandy beach there with plenty of space. There are restrooms and lifeguards everywhere.

For our kids: A sandy beach is boring because there are hardly any animals there. A few rocks are always better. 95% of the people at the campground were French, which was difficult for our kids because of the language barrier. Usually they make friends quickly, but in this case it was hard. The evening entertainment is always relatively loud until midnight (karaoke, foam party). It hardly bothered us because we’re not sensitive to noise, but it might be difficult for people who are sensitive to noise. Sometimes there are a lot of mosquitoes, sometimes hardly any. But just in case, you should bring a good repellent against tiger mosquitoes—though that’s probably the case everywhere down here in the summer. Then you’ll have some peace and quiet.
