And the best part is that the pool and the playgrounds for kids are actually relatively well-maintained. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your stay, as well as for your compliments regarding our team’s hospitality.
However, we would like to clarify a few points. The pool is open starting May 1, as indicated in our informational materials. We apologize if this caused... any confusion during your stay.
Regarding security, our facility has a single entrance to the campground, which allows us to control access.
The restaurant/bar is open daily, starting at 8:30 a.m. on weekdays and 7:45 a.m. on weekends, allowing guests to enjoy a morning coffee, among other things.
Finally, Wi-Fi is indeed available throughout the campground via a paid service, as specified at the time of booking.
We do, however, take your comments regarding the accommodations into account—particularly those concerning cleanliness and the noise from the air conditioning—and we will take the necessary steps with our staff to address these issues.
We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back.
