Too bad, because the gastronomy is great, without ifs and buts. The physio practice on site is unbeatably good. The whole thing has its charm but something is missing.... Apartment no. 3 was very noisy, the stove could not be operated. Poor storage facilities, the windows could only be reached with a chair because they were too high and for guests who might need a walker. 1) The 2nd sanitary area is definitely too small when the place is well occupied.
2) There is a steep driveway up to the premium pitches, which is only gravelled, and in dry conditions there is a lot of dust on... the adjacent pitches. This is also the case on the rest of the way. The steep gravel descent is very dangerous for children. We witnessed several falls on the gravel.
This path definitely needs to be paved.
3) The road is repeatedly criss-crossed with drainage grooves, which cause problems for cyclists
4) The air in the thermal area is very stuffy and hot. The area needs to be supplied with more fresh air in warm weather
5) The menu in the restaurant is not very imaginative. The service is overworked and therefore not exactly friendly.

However, there are a few things that could be improved or changed....
- It wouldn't have been bad if there had been parasols on the sun terrace.
- My wife thought the curtains in the entrance area were old-fashioned and no longer up to date... - there is certainly a better solution.
- On the way up to the sun terrace I noticed that at least one step should be renewed (it is already quite rotten) before it breaks through and someone gets hurt.
-The dead trees in the outdoor area of the swimming pool are not a feast for the eyes either, so it's better not to put any there.
Praise to the staff they were always very friendly and courteous.
All in all we enjoyed our stay with them ..... we would recommend their place and would love to come back.
