The first time we rented a cabin, the second time a small trailer. The properties were well maintained and had great facilities. We really liked the cleanliness of the sanitary facilities.
The operators are two incredibly nice and courteous people. For us, this... is a campsite where you can feel completely at ease. We won't have been there for the last time. I don't understand what is meant by this in relation to the Flüggerteich campsiteAgain and againI think the advantages say it all. We were there for a week in May and are looking forward to arriving tomorrow. We will then stay there for ten days. It's always nice and worth a vacation. The campsite is not big, but that makes the whole thing a bit more personal/familiar. The Krausen family are always... ready to help. Thank you very much! :-)

The site is very well maintained, the operators are super nice, friendly and always ready to help. The sanitary facilities are very clean. The pitches were huge. There was plenty of room to sit in front of the awning. Also the way to... order bread rolls and book the washing machines, all doable via cell phone/online. That was a great thing.
There are also paths mowed through the reeds behind the pitch. Super walk for the four-legged friend, just great.

The site offers enough space to enjoy the peace and quiet and the view. You can cycle around the island on good cycle paths (70km). The lighthouse can be reached on foot and the beach is just a few minutes away.

Bonus: no bouncy castle, but a very nice playground. Fresh bread rolls every morning.НегативиNo real disadvantage, but you have to like the nocturnal "songs" of the frogs or stuff something in your ears.Idyllic little campsiteYou can really unwind here. The pitches are generously sized and if you're lucky, you'll find one between the edge of the pitch and the pond. Everything is up to date and in really good condition. Showers are free, but limited to 5 minutes, although you can stop the "soaping time", which is enough. Bread... rolls can be ordered the day before and are ready for collection from the office in the morning. Mobile phone reception is modest, but the Wi-Fi is good and acceptable at one euro a day.
There are quite a few dogs on the site, but this doesn't cause any problems. There is a lovely circular route through fields and meadows.
The small pond is richly blessed with frogs, which give a formidable nocturnal concert. If you can't sleep at night, you'll just have to stuff something in your ears.
There is plenty for children to discover in the area and thankfully the obligatory bouncy castle has been dispensed with.
There are plenty of taps for water.
The wash houses are extremely clean and in good condition.
From here you can easily explore the island by bike or go to one of the many beaches.

The campsite operators are very friendly, always have a smile for the tenants and are always on hand with help and advice. Spacious pitches, new and well-maintained sanitary facilities, herb garden and goat paradise included. The sea... is 300 meters away, a supermarket can be reached quickly by car and also easily by bike over the dyke along beautiful paths.
