The comfort pitches are large enough and have water and drainage connections. Partly gravel and partly meadow. There is a good connection to public transport with a guest card - free of charge.
A bakery, butcher's shop, drinks market and Netto discount store are all within walking distance.
There are 2 modern and clean sanitary buildings.

It's a nice clean site with friendly staff wherever you meet them. The sanitary facilities were very clean, tidy and well-kept, just like everything else on the site. We felt very comfortable....

Unfortunately, there was no possibility to stay on the tent meadow assigned to us outside the sight, hearing and ball-throwing range of a large group of neo-Nazis, who... not only attracted attention until the early hours of the morning by bawling, loudly vomiting and presenting neo-Nazi symbols and slogans, but also created an atmosphere with a powerful music system and nightly shouts of "Heil-H*tler" - comment from the campsite management: "I don't care what they're blowing". Despite numerous complaints from various tour groups, there was unfortunately no intervention from the campsite management.

This was also possible. However, instead of the €25 shown in the ACSI book, we had to pay €31/day. When asked, we were told that this was the... case and that nothing could be done about the price.
Furthermore, I would not recommend the campsite to anyone, as we had to wait for almost an hour after the lunch break with five customers in front of us, who had probably booked in advance.

SwitzerlandWe explored Saxon Switzerland and the cities of Pirna and Dresden. By bus and train and also by bike. Great connections with a bus stop and busy trains to Dresden. We even came back to the campsite after the opera. The shopping is great with a supermarket (300 m). Very good infrastructure and spacious pitches.

I don't feel like a herring in a tin, they are large and spacious and some of the pitches are planted with trees, so you're not in your neighbor's way and a certain amount of privacy is guaranteed. Now in the period after Easter, the site is fully booked with a maximum... of 30-35%, so it's an insider tip for anyone looking for peace and quiet. The sanitary facilities are very clean and well maintained and are cleaned at least once a day (takes about 2 hours per wash house).

Our problem is that we always need a sufficiently large pitch and maneuvering facilities and you don't find that at every campsite. But on this campsite you can easily maneuver with a total towing length of 16m and the pitches are a wonderful size for a... 9.5m long caravan.
Another great plus point is that you can use the showers without shower tokens, which is great, especially with children.
It's also great that you don't have to pay for electricity according to consumption. Only an environmental fee of 0.50 cents is charged.
The lake is great and also childproof with a fence.

We were then on our pitch, which was a good size. The sanitary facilities are also... spacious and are cleaned daily. Despite the size of the pitch, it is nice and quiet, and the surrounding roads are not audible. The site is also conveniently located for excursions, e.g. to Dresden or Saxon/Bohemian Switzerland.
