Is it possible to delete a verbal rating or a holiday photo? |

In principle no. Unless the content infringes the guidelines of camping.info (eg illegal content). In this case please use the button displayed directly next to the verbal ratings or next to the holiday photos. If the content does not infringe the guidelines, but the campsite itself does insist on having the entry removed, then we must delete the ENTIRE entry for the campsite. The campsite will then no longer appear on camping.info. If this is what you want, then contact us via the links "Contact" or "Imprint". |

A campsite is making false statements. |

If you discover that a campsite has listed incorrect information then please click right on the bottom of the page of the campsite concerned on the buttons "Report incorrect data." Thanks! |

You cannot change the yellow stars (category) yourself. If you are of the opinion that the existing classification of your campsite is DEFINITELY incorrect, please contact us and state the reasons or proof for this. The red stars on the other hand are based on the ratings of camping visitors and these cannot even be changed by the editorial team. |
